Fallout 76 brings back aliens to replace the broken event

fallout 76 Players are supposed to be looking for Prime Cuts and getting some generous rewards right now during the two-week Meat Week event, but that’s not the case here now that that event is over. Bethesda announced this weekend that the Meat Week event has been replaced by the Invaders from Beyond event featuring aliens, which will run from now until May 10. There was no word yet on when or if Meat Week would be brought back to make up for its removal.

The announcement of the substitution event was shared on social media this week to confirm that Meat Week is over and Invaders from Beyond will be back for a limited time. This means that players will start seeing aliens and spaceships fallout 76 From now until May 10 with the rewards that will be obtained from participating in this event.

There wasn’t much context with this tweet, at least not outside of the Fallout account which says the main characters of Meat Week were “stingy” with their bounties. If you head to Fallout 76 discussions In the game’s subreddit and elsewhere, however, you’ll see that players have been searching for missing rewards since the Meat Week event was supposed to start.

Bethesda has responded more than once to these types of posts and acknowledged that the rewards were not distributed correctly. Players said they couldn’t find Super Mutant Grahm to take advantage of their rewards, and others said that event-exclusive Prime Cuts weren’t dropping from timed events like they should. After saying they would investigate the issue to see if it could be resolved, Bethesda eventually chose to switch the event entirely.

In addition to any rewards players may gain from events like this, one of the draws for these types of episodic events is the plans to be obtained for various items of CAMP. Players are missing out on these now since many have plans to sign them up here after missing out on Meat Week’s chance the last time it was, but the space event itself has at least some of its own plans to get it.

There’s no telling at this time when or if Meat Week will return in the future after this mishap, but you can check out the latest calendar of events here to see what happens next.
